Refund policy

If cancelled more than 7 days prior to booked arrival date a full refund of the deposit will be returned immediately.

If cancelled within 7 days of booked arrival date 50% of the deposit will be returned immediately (if we receive a replacement booking we will gladly refund any deposit owing).

If cancelled within 3 days of booked arrival date no refund of deposit will be eligible (if however we receive a replacement booking we will gladly refund any further deposit owing).

Sadly, we do not accept any pets.
